Today I want to talk a little bit about wekwaKandiero.

Leander’s approach to the radio is way out of this world. Sometimes I feel like he should just stay on the radio the whole day. Leander is just amazing. Talk of his choice of music, who sorts out what music a DJ should play because it seems Leander hsa his own bag of music that he is never willing to share with others.

WekwaKandiero is very very fluent in the Queen’s language. You have to agree with me on that one. It doesn’t mean you should talk through your nose to be rated as fluent. Whoever taught Leander that concept should also visit some of our friends and teach them.

The power chart show every Saturday is a show never to be missed. The show is so live. Whatever Leander’s task is, he just does it right. Talk of the “YO 60″ Tuesday nights it’s just amazing hey! I would love to hear him do a show with Mdhara Zobha or have the Power kids.

Leander is very much capable of putting you in a party mood on Fridays. He knows his staff very well. This DJ is not only excellent on radio. I have seen him a couple of times on Sisonke mix but I have never heard him turning the tables. Probably his marital status will not allow him. By the way Leander is happily married. Thank you Mai Kandiero because they say behind every successful husband, there is a hard working wife.
