    No idea. It’s a lot though if it’s sustaining the populace. The interesting thing is that while the piece of paper is a passport to get out of the country, once out there, a lot of people end up doing totally unrelated stuff.

    It would be interesting if we had some statistics to show just how much money comes from economic exiles. Clearly judging from the queues one see’s at the Western Union outlets it must be quite significant but I also think there is a lot of conjecture about what is really going on here. My initial post was really tongue in cheek though!!
